Just under 6 hours door to door... with a couple of stops... which is just the way the trip from Red State to BN state should be...
On the way I saw some amazing rainbow legs-- probably due to ice crystals and sunshine. They were pretty cool...
I also saw lots of that really icy frost -- most of the way up it was kind of ice foggy, but just in the 'leaves cool ice on the plants', not in the 'I can't see the road and the road is all slippery and nasty' way.
It is kind of nice to be back in BN state -- especially since Hubby will be home on Thursday. Week after next, we'll escape to Vegas for a few days -- and then it will be Christmas.
